چکیده
Electrooculography (EOG) is a technique for detecting electrical signals from the extra-ocular muscles. The EOG precise method quantifying eye movements, including drowsiness-induced closure, and also promising technology its potential use as contributing mechanism brain–computer interface applications. Despite fact that change humans move their eyes, it still difficult to monitor movement patterns in natural behaviors, such everyday activity. Wearable convenience essential obtaining while moving freely. This paper proposes development of semi-dry electrodes with low impedance excellent wearability, well small, portable device wireless communication capabilities, increase likelihood real-life scenarios. electrode produced by electrospinning had an was 3.5 times lower than existing dry demonstrated drift even after long-term use. Furthermore, three steps motion separation were performed using signal obtained wearable device. It confirmed classification movements at meaningful level.

In order to identify optimal features for EOG signals for rehabilitation applications, it is necessary to apply the statistical basis to decide the selecti...
متن کاملMuscle Strength Testing using Wearable Wireless Sensors
Manual muscle testing and its variants have a long history of use for classifying muscle strengths. For the first time, inexpensive wearable wireless sensors combined with machine learning techniques are used to classify different levels of muscle strength, which addresses some limitations of the manual method. A mean accuracy of 93% was obtained across ten subjects using gyroscope and accelero...

A novel approach using Electrooculography (EOG) signals to control human–computer interface (HCI) systems, if properly classified. The ability to measure and process these signals may help users to overcome many of the physical limitations and inconveniences in daily life. Here, describe a method used in a wireless EOG-based robot control detects eye movements in eight directions. This device i...
متن کاملDeveloping and Validating a New Wireless Wearable Device for Balance Measurement in Sport and Clinical Setting
One of the new clinical techniques to assess the lower body parameters is the wearable ultrasonic sensors. The device which can measure the static and dynamic balance abilities in sport and clinical setting by the traveled signals of ultrasonic transmitter and receiver between two feet was developed and validated. The new device consisted of a pressure gauge and a digital centimeter indicator a...
متن کاملElectroretinography in dogs using a fiber electrode prototype
We compared two electroretinography (ERG) electrodes in dogs using ERG standards of the International Society for Clinical Electrophysiology of Vision (ISCEV). Ten healthy Yorkshire terrier dogs (mean age, 2.80 ± 1.42 years; 6 females) weighing 5.20 ± 1.56 kg were evaluated using an ERG system for veterinary use. Dark- and light-adapted ERG responses were recorded using an ERG-Jet electrode and...
